Mentorship is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that Black women thrive when they are supported, seen, and strategically guided by those who understand their journey. Our mentorship model is designed to foster authentic connections, create safe spaces for growth, and bridge the gap between where our members are and where they aspire to be.
Career Advancement
Through tailored workshops, leadership development opportunities, strategic networking, and access to mentors and industry experts, we create pathways for members to thrive in their careers—not just survive.
We intentionally curate spaces that provide the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to break through systemic barriers, negotiate with confidence, and pursue leadership roles with clarity and purpose.
Community Support
We are more than a network—we are a supportive sisterhood that uplifts, empowers, and creates space for Black women in public health to thrive personally and professionally. Through intentional relationship-building, peer support, and shared lived experiences, the Collective fosters a sense of belonging, encouragement, and mutual care.

Collective Chapter at your college or university! Campus chapters are an extension of our mission to cultivate opportunities, nurture networks, empower change, and transform systems—right where future public health leaders are being shaped.
As a chapter lead, you’ll create a space for support, mentorship, professional development, and collective care among Black women in public health programs. We’ll provide you with the tools, resources, and guidance to help your chapter thrive.
